As of today, Bob is officially retired from DaimlerChrysler after 26 years. He began his career at American Motors, survived the sale of AMC to Renault, survived the sale of AMC to Chrysler and the takeover by Daimler. It's been a wild ride!! He's been on official leave since the beginning of May and has enjoyed the downtime, but he wasted no time in finding another home.......

On June 14, he officially became an employee of Decoma, which is a division of Magna International. Decoma is the largest supplier to DaimlerChrysler. Bob will be working on new business development, focusing on DaimlerChrysler. He is looking forward to and very excited about his new career and Decoma is very excited to have Bob on board.

Congratulations, Honey!!

Congrats Bob. Sounds like a lot of fun!!! Decoma has some great stuff - remember PT Pickup with Viper engine!!!

Also, nice to see an American working for a Canadian company - perhaps we will have to adjust one of the cruises at Prowlin Canada to go by the headquarters of Magna including the spectacular golf course, race horse stables and estate homes in the rolling hills north of Toronto.

Bob - I hope you negotiated time off of your new job for cruising during the Woodward Avenue Dream Cruise.

I know you're excited about your new work. Congratulations on finding something you really like.
