It always amazes me - they will run from us, but always cause themselves to get caught one way or another. In my 25 years, I have never seen that we had one get away from us completely. I may take a few hours, or maybe many months, but they always get caught! This guy made it easy for the cops to catch him, plus gave himself a final conviction on his criminal charges!
