At the Nashville event ,the horn I purchased from WOLO MANUFACTURING CO. got wet from the rain and stopped working. Their guarantee says "for out of guarantee repairs return the unit to Wolo with a check for $22.88." I spoke with the owner today and he said that he could not fix it for the $22.88 and I would have to buy another unit. He said he would change the guarantee today and for me to "have a nice day__ bye". To me , that is not the way to run a business. Tell your Friends about this fine guarantee!!! |

AC, He missed out on $22.88~~~~ I removed the back (which breaks the the waterproof seal and voids the guarantee)(oh no !!!!) and dried it with a hair dryer and it is working fine. I will reseal everything with silicone and it should be better than new. Do you have an extra shower cap I could cover it with in case of another RAIN ? |

Eddie - how big of a horn is it? Maybe unroll a condom over it and poke a hole at the air end? I use trash can liners for shower caps (so much hair) so that is probably too large for your horn, lol.
