It always amazes me to see the range of off-topic interests in this group, so I thought I'd throw something out there to see what comes back.

I collect old surfboards, paddleboards and skateboards (from the '20's through late 60's -very early 70's), and am also getting into building some of the old 1/24th scale model kits with my son that I used to build "back in the day" from Revell, AMT, etc...

If anybody shares these interests, or has anything they'd like to sell or trade, or any sources for any of these items, etc., I'd like to hear back from you...

Check your garage rafters and attics...you never know.

Thanks.

no Skateboards,surfboards or paddleboards.....

model cars, well now that is another story....have about 600 built kits spanning 45 years of building and at last count several years ago, over 500 unbuilt kits dating back as far as 1958....remember "SMP", they later turned into "AMT"....also have about a hundred "promos" from the fifties and sixties......when I got too lazy to build I bought diecast cars.....several hundred 1/18 and probably a thousand of all other scales....too many toys I am told....

the reason I have too many is I never sell anything.....a one way collector....still buy kits all the time, just don't have the time to build like I used to...lots of unbuilt Corvette kits from the sixties/seventies....many old drag/Nascar racing kits, musclecars, early sixties of all kinds....I have collected stuff I like for many years and many items I have never seen another(lots of really rare and unusual kits)....tried to inventory it about 5 years ago and gave up....

original issues,unbuilt,mint in box...
anything from a '58 Edsel conv to a '64 Vette to a '70 HEMICUDA, '64 Dodge Ramchargers and on and on and on....sometimes I buy things and find out I already have them.....

Tangled, if you have any duplicates, I'm interested if you can bear to part with them...
