It just happens to be the friday night after the Texas Event. Since Jacqueline and I met at an event and introduced by "Prowlin Friends" Fred and Debe Henkle, there will be plenty of POA members there. This was a second marriage for both.Family Affair, very casual in our yard and reception at a home next door that chuck and I just finished building. Simple but fun, and Classy. We had my 3 kids as Gabrielle as flower girl,Heleyna as junior bridesmaid, and little Christopher(Chuck's Fav.) as the ring bearer. Chuck's niece joined in last minute as another flower girl. The reception was catered by Stew Leonard, people from CT, NY, NJ may know them..food was great! Cake was cheap and beautiful..excellent, My flowers were done by a friend, simple..Whole wedding cost a fraction of what most guests would ever guess. Notice in one pic, Chuck was already looking to cheat..Me and my sister crossed our legs , only to see the photo later w/ some coochy showing..LOL We involved the kids in the celebration, the joining of two families, was the BEST decision we made to have our wedding at home. We had 2 teens play harp and violin.. no music at reception...but plenty of champagne and cigars..golf tees for favors. During the vows..Chuck repeated for richer....or richer...you can see us laughing right there during the ceremony! ------------------

Steak is tough, meats in general, bulky stuff fills you up fast. If i eat bread i'm done. Getting better each week as far as amounts. I don't have a desired weight! My body will tell me when its going to stop. It usually take 12 to 18 months for full weight loss. You still have to watch what you eat because if your only eating junk food etc, they are high in calories, fat, & carbs. You will put it back on! People have been known to gain it back over a period of years if they aren't careful. ------------------
