ARE YOU READY TO RUMBLE??!!?? The Stampede is just two weeks away and we need to get head counts to our caterers. So if you haven't signed up and are planning to or if you are bringing someone that we you haven't registered to the event that will be attending the Monday night dinner cruise, the Wednesday museum and dinner at the Krehels or the Friday morning breakfast, we need to hear from you now. I will need to get a total head count for the caterers no later than June 1st since all food is per person and that includes children as well. Everyone needs a ticket to get into the dinners and breakfast, so we want to make sure that everyone has everything they need to attend. Thanks to everyone for all of your help on this so far - you have all been great and we really appreciate all of the early payments on the registration fees. It has minimized our personal out-of-pocket expenses for payments that have had to be made on items for the Stampede. We are finalizing everything now and we will be ready for y'all by the time the event opens. Fred, Debe, Ken and I will be arriving early to the hotel that weekend to give us plenty of time for anything that comes up last minute and to have everything ready. ARE WE THERE YET!! As a matter of fact I have met someone on the internet I will be meeting her there and showing her all the cars, she may be hanging around for a while(all week) so please put me in for one extra.(I hope she's my size) ------------------ |

Tami - Lethia and I will also arrive early for the event. I need to get Monahan's parking spot located to put down all the roofing nails and cNote's parking spot aligned with the giant water-balloon cannon I'll have set up 50 yards away. May also need to locate the spot for Marty and RR Bob to set up the "refreshment area"

Tami, We should see you late afternoon Monday May 31st. We are so excited . Thank you for the hospitality for the trailer and Kat parking. We will probably come back up Saturday afternoon June 5th and load everything up and take them back to our Son's house. We plan on leaving Sunday morning for the event hotel. Maybe we can hook up with you guys for the trip down. We will be happy to help out in any way we can to help you all get prepared. |

We're leaving on Friday, spending the night in Louisville and heading down with Marty and company on Saturday. I believe the plan is to arrive Sunday afternoon.
