We have two TF cars (the other from O'Reillys) running exhibition runs. This is not the Amato regualr race car (just used for exhibitions). I've been helping out at the track since Thursday and we wrap up tomorrow. Over 700 race cars from across the country & Canada with a huge crowd today. This was my 1st time to see Top Fuel in person and that is fast. I'm not sure they're that much louder than Top Alcohol (which I've seen before) from my vantage point about 150 directly behind the starting line.... I've taken a few pics in between my duties & I'll post some after this weekend when I get back home... Love it! There's nothing like the sound (and feel) of a top fuel dragster! I loved it when they used to run at night......when you can really see the flames!!

Actually only ran about 1/8 mile and shut it down... Saturday towing the TF dragster up to the starting line... Getting ready for burnout ... Just leaving the line on the Fastest run in Louisiana by the Amato TF dragster 4.80 ET & 305 mph... 8,000 HP and you can see the fire as it takes off... I would agree this would have to be quite a sight at night...
