I purchased this '78 Magnum GT in 1979 with about 7K miles on it....the GT model(quite rare) had a different dash, seats and most noticeable were the rubberized fender flairs....not many of these cars seem to exist today.....mine was very well cared for, always cleaned and waxed, but I saw it last a few years ago in front of the local Walmart with a FOR SALE sign in the window....it was rusted to death as most Magnums are.....the trunk lid was rusted about a foot above the bumper(bumper was rusted in half also)....quite a sad end to a rather elegant automobile.....hope DC success with the new Magnum and its controversial good looks....
