I took the Prowler out yesterday for a little cruise. While stoppped at a light a girl (who looked around High School age) was making a turn and looking at the Prowler instead of watching the road. She slammed into the curb, and jumped up onto it, with her passenger side wheels/tires. I looked back after hearing this and saw her front wheel was a little crooked and the side of her tire was a little messed up. My light just turned green so I went through the light and circled around as soon as I could to check and see if she needed help. Her car wasn't there so I am guessing she drove it home like that. I feel bad about what happened, but its probably for the best that she wasn't there after I went back... she probably would have tried to sue me!

the first week I had the Prowler I had a similar incident occur.. the kids right behind me were gawking at my car, forward and to the left of them, and they grazed a parked car parked on the right of them.. with the owner returning to his car at that moment! There was a police car less than a block behind, that saw it all! Even though I saw them pointing at me (like it was MY fault! lol)... the cop was just shaking his head and grinning, ticketbook in hand.Felt bad for em, but what can you do!

A guy coming from the opposite direction in a mini truck broad sided a car entering the roadway from a parking lot. I know the guy in the truck was watching me go by. I think the guy exiting the parking lot was as well. They collided just as I past the point they impacted.

It happens more than you think........and even more near-accidents.........Prowlers are just a big distraction!! I really watch when people are driving and gauking.......they have a tendancy to drift towards you, too!

Isn't that the truth. You normally have to think for others when driving but in the Prowler you have to think twice as hard...
