If you received this via email, it is more then likely a virus. Folks are spoofing MS email addresses and sending things like "Critical update" or "Patch for XP" to millions of unsuspecting folks.

Naturally, alot of folks assume it's from MS and download and/or open it.

BE CAREFUL!!!!!

There ARE 5 critical updates on the windows update web site. I just checked (and updated)!
