I looked at the Sony HD TVs. Seems Sony is still the leader in standard or plasma TVs, not in High Definition projection TVs.

Registered: NOV 2000	posted 04-11-2004 07:44 AM i have the 65" mitsbushi diamond 3 yrs. ago and i have cox cable digital and the picture is great, the pioneer is better though, in high def it's great too, i've seen better but hey in five years the tv's will be more advanced then. my picture really improved when i put a larger air filter and dual exhaust coming out the back to let it breath on start up!

Make sure you have a PROGRESSIVE SCAN DVD player! That means all the world of difference in picture quality! Dish Network only has a handful of HD channels, but the best HD receiver on the market. If you are starting from scratch, get Voom. www.Voom.com. I am too far away from the cities to get HD over the air tuner, so I ama slave to satellite. Good luck!

Where did youget your mods? I have 3 Sonys(1-52xbr), one sharp lcd and toshiba and a panasonic for the trailer Sony is still the best...

So since i do everything in my bvd's i was like great, so i saved up 150 of them along with $19.95 and he sent them u.p.s. ground. I love them great sound when you turn up the volume and you can hear the air filter sucking in air as you change the channels?
