It looks better in person. It kind of reminds me of the VW convertibles from the old days.

I have to agree that it looks much better in person. I did not like the photos I had seen but when I stopped by the dealer I was impressed. With the soft top up, it does remind me of an older Beetle convertible.

I looked at three of them yesterday. Looks better with the top down, IMO. Did notice on two of them that the rear seat side (arm/elbow) panels were not in place very well = poor fit. The other one had the top up, so I couldn't evaluate the same panel on that one. BTW - the dealer add-ons,,,,,,,$399 for tinted windows and $2495 extra dealer market adjustment on top of MSRP. Yup,,,the beat goes on when it comes to dealer greed out there

I like it, it would look cool next to the Prowler. I will wait until next year, the prices will come down.

When i had my Hitch and neons installed a few weeks ago they had a Silver one that just came in!! Nice, but its not for me. If i won it in a raffle i would trade it in on the new Crossfire Convertble. JMO

That is still sticker price. I think if you get the GT turbo model with all the bells & whisles, it's around $29K

It was at the Auto Show this year and like Ed said,my first impression was of VW convertible, the way the top folds.I much prefer the regular PT Cruiser.

Saw one when we bought our Durango. They had it marked $31,750.00. I'll bet In 6 to 8 months maybe less, the price will come down.

Saw them at the North American Auto Show with the top down and it was OK, but saw a candy apple red with black top on the was up today on the way to work and it looked GREAT. Chrysler did a good job on the top design and I think it looks better with the top up!

I went to the Dealer today (buying a new CD player) and they had a beige PT convertible with the HO turbo in the showroom I like the car much better in person.

I was extremely impressed with how solid the doors are. The sound is so solid it brings a smile to your face when you close em.

There is one in our future. We have followed this car since the early concept versions and like it a lot. Dressed our and turbo it's a 28 or 29,000 car.
Read in the Atlanta paper Sat that the '05 Crossfire SRT 6 roadster will be just under 50K. Five other models down to 29,900.
