My original estimate of 50K was right in the ballpark. I can't see how you could lose on it,,,,unless,,,,,,there has been a raccoon nesting in it with Cookie, lol |

quote: $50K may be on the high side, look at all the ones I found (there were a ton others I didn't list). Looks like a lot of cherry ones in the $30K range. Try to bargain with them in the low $40's or perhaps upper $30's. Let me know if you need more info |

Our trip to the Corvette Museum in Auburn last year was spectacular. When you see how the car evolved makes you appreciate it so much more. What a difference in prices from 30's to 70's depending on the condition. Good luck in your decision! |

Tangled I had many. 54 is not what you want 55 will appreciate most quickly ( 700 made, only one with the V8) 53 too expensive (300 made) Mike |

Larry, DQMan, is correct. The 54 is the least desirable of the three years. It is still a good find though. In the condition you say it is in, I would would MAX it in the mid to high 20's. If the car would clean up well and only needs a spot paint here and there, it would be worth more at resale as a survivor, as apposed to restoration. Hope this helps you. Good luck. Jim |

I'm reporting Cookie to P.E.T.A. Did Bruce the raccoon taste like chicken? That tail will make good oxtail soup. |
