If you are planning on making the 2004 Texas Prowler Stampede national event, please make your hotel reservations and also register for the event (see Upcoming Event Discussions for details). I have to start releasing rooms back to the hotel now and don't want to let rooms go that we will be needing. We got a super price on the rooms at the resort, but time is running out on the contract for the release of the rooms, so please make your reservations if you are planning on going. At the same time, please also register so we can start figuring out how many people will be attending. We will need to give figures to the boat captain, museum, etc. soon. Thanks to everyone for their participation! The group seems to be rounding up pretty nice.....will we hit over 100 cars? Everyone should come to the Lone Star State this year....can't wait! |

Roman: We currently have 43 rooms booked and about the same amount of cars coming. Should be a fun time! Tami |

To be honest if it was a few weeks later in June the kids would be done with school! It would have made my decision easier. I would love to go. I'm already booked for Prowlin Canada (7 hr ride)! I have a 2 week vacation planned with the kids this summer. If i'm slow with work or bored i'll be there. For the newbies if your within a state or 2 try to attend a large event like this, its fun! ------------------ This message has been edited by CTProwler on 03-12-2004 at 03:09 AM |

Just a note - some people have been told when making their reservations that they can cancel up to 36 to 48 hours prior to the event with no penalty. According to our contract with the hotel it's actually 72 hours prior to the event. Even though you might be told a lower time frame, they can hold you to the 72 hour advance notice cancellation. Just don't want anyone to get burned if you need to cancel. Hopefully this clears up any confusion that anyone might have as to the cancellation policy. Thanks, Tami |
