tangled up in BLUE Prowler Junkie Posts: 11086 From: New Castle, Ind Registered: DEC 2000	posted 03-09-2004 11:50 PM several weeks ago my wife had a bad day in her Jeep....starter went out.....I had a terrible time with DC Roadside Assistance....DC people were VERY nice, just can't get much done by towing companies that don't want to cooperate....long story short, I lost my temper the second day and had the Jeep towed myself.....I sent a copy of the repair bill(warranty) and a copy of the tow bill, and as Gomer Pyle would say "SHAZAAM"....I got a check in the mail yesterday for the full amount of the tow......thats the way it should be
