Through the usual corporate merger mentality, our ISP was later consumed. Needless to say, we were faced with a new email address & now find there is confusion. We have changed our POL profile info to reflect this, but there is still the perception of an old address for a username. I checked the POL profile & found that the user name cannot be changed. This is not a blame game issue, I just used poor judgement at the onset. Any ideas out there.
