Does anyone know if a 54 year old can still get drafted?

I told him when there was a demand for a 48 year old, slow, white guy, who was about an average player in his prime and who had numerous knee surgeries; I'd give it a try. He said he didn't understand. I told him when he was 48 he would. ------------------
