Just wanted to let everyone know that the registration forms database that Fred Henkel has been working feverishly on should be ready by February 1st and for everyone to make sure and check out the Event Discussions page and Upcoming Events page for the information regarding the event in June. I now have the list of hotel rooms reserved as well as the names of people attending that I have been sent thus far. The hotel rooms list will be updated weekly. As with the Tennessee event, because we need to make payments on certain of the items before the event, we are asking as many people as possible please pre-register so the event planners do not have to make a major outlay of cash personally. So please make sure and have your registration information, hotel reservations made with the hotel and funds in to us by May 7th. We are doing our part to support the POA with this event in that we have added a small amount to each event shirt price over the actual cost that will be going to POA for site maintenance. Thank you Mike and Judy for all you do!! We can't wait to see everyone in Texas for June and we are definitely pumped for this. We have alot of great things planned and the itinerary will by finalized by the 31st of January for everyone to see. There's nothing like seeing over 100 Prowlers in a line cruising the roads!! If you haven't been to an event yet, make sure you make it to one this year, either in Canada or Texas, or the sightseeing one in the Smokies. It will be the best vacation you have ever planned!
