Larry - There are usually three or four other classic car auctions going on either during the same week as B/J, before, or after. I'll keep my eyes open for the ads and post back here when I see them. If you are going to be around Scottsdale on the 17th, you can stop out to the Scottsdale Pavilions Car Show and meet up with some of us local Prowler owners,,,,,we'd enjoy meeting you. This car show is located just one full block west of the 101 north-south Pima Freeway, exit on Indian Bend Road exit,,,look for the McDonald's there. Usually there from 2pm until dark during the winter time.

Mania - On saturday after the B/J auction, be sure to stop by the Scottsdale Pavilions Car Show (direction posted above) afterwards. There will be appox. 900+ cars there on display to also see. There is NO CHARGE to show or view the cars at the McDonald's Pavilions Car Show,,,although it is a car show, not an auction. Many of the B/J cars that don't sell,,,,their owners bring down to the Pavilions show.
Hope to see you there! Don't bring any COLD Canada weather with you!

Shiiiiiiiiiiiit Mr. Cat, I might just mosey on over there and see what kind of buying and procuring I can do. It ain't often that they see a 118 year old just a buying and ah partying.

I'll keep you posted as a visit without seeing you would be like a funeral with a body. Your still my hero and I do not intend to die without ah having your seal of approval on my casket.

Scot - Remember to keep me in the list of the six friends you still have,,,,,,,,,,,,,,to carry the box to your final resting place. I hope GC will not be too popped up on Jack during the ceremony, lol. He might drop you!!!

BTW = I'm thinking that I will invest in a new Ca. cemetery, where we will bury people in a vertical position in the ground, instead of horizontal. Taking up less Ca. real estate and saving them $$$ at the same time. Maybe start it by a earth fault line,,,,,nothing too good for the Ca. people, lol.

Keep me posted if you come.

Alley Cat,

I'll be sure to see you at Pavilions. Get into town on the 21st and will be spending some time in Tucson as well after the auction. Can't wait to see you and Catwoman again.

No problem Gary. Been busy with some stuff since the sale of the company, but really enjoying retirement so far. Just wish the wife would wait a day or two to add to the honey-dew list.

UPDATE:

While I never got to meet or see Tangled Up in Blue, Moparmania, or Slick at any of the car shows in Scottsdale, I'd like to acknowledge some out of state Prowler owners who attended the Pavilions car show this past week or two:

Ken Jozwlak - Wisconsin Prowler owner - thinking of attending the 2004 Texas Prowler Stampede Event in June Ken - I know you read the POA board,,,time to register so other Wisconsin owners can talk cats with you! Nice seeing you again!

John Burns - Denver, Colorado Prowler owner - Not aware of the POA website. Marc, Alex, Chromer, PAH, etc - find this guy in the Denver area and get him involved. Thanks

Gerry Houck - Merritt Island, Fla 32953 Prowler owner - Not aware of the POA website. Jay Harris - see if you can track his guy down and get him aboard with you Florida cats. Sounded like he is interested. Thanks

Arnold Landrey (?spelling?) - Louisiana Prowler owner - is on Laddie's email list of local owners there. Hasn't driven his cat much,,,,,but now has a trailer for it!!! Not registered at the POA website. Laddie - get him to Texas and register here. Thanks

Walter Phillips and Barbara - Windsor, Canada Prowler owner. Not aware of POA website! Wayne, Dr. Prowler, etc - get him online with us,,,,,very interested in your Canadian/Michigan groups. 519-253-1232 1-888-787-1000 email: windsor@pointts.com Thanks

Bob Clark - Rhode Island and Sarasota, Florida - Prowler and Viper owner. "RETIRED DC employee". Not aware of POA website. CJ - Bob ever heard of him? Jay Harris - keep an eye open for him in Florida,,,,but I think he said his Prowler is in Rhode Island?

I missed another Michigan owner and one Canadian owner talking to other local Az. Prowler owners,,,who didn't get their names This just shows that we have many Prowler owners out there that have never heard of the POA. Our work is cut out for us to get the word out!!! Thanks to all of you for finding these 'lost' cat owners and bringing them 'home' to the POA.
