All of my kids (with the exception of one daughter from Sac.) are in for the holidays... Today, while the girls went to the mall in Baton Rouge taking our two granddaughters to "build-a-bear" and Chucky Cheeses, the boys headed to No Problem Racepark...

Although, the track is shut down for the holidays, they had given me the OK to go out and play a little... We stopped off at my Dad's to pick up trailer and 78 Vette race car project. My Dad (83 years young) came along with me, my two son-in-laws and one future son-in-law (my son had to work and couldn't join us)...

We took some touring laps around the 1.8 mile road course and than we took turns running laps on the ½ mile road course... It turned out to be a very nice day and we all had a good time... My Dad was the only one that didn't get to drive the car. We asked but he passed. After 1 & ½ hours on the track we headed back to the truck stop for lunch and than dropped off the trailer and car at my Dad's... When we get back to the house my Dad tells us "I could have had a lot fun on that track with my Studebaker"... So, I think we brought some smiles to him and he enjoyed watching us have fun... And, it made for some great memories...

Here's some pics...

Me, my Dad (83 years young), Bill (from NY), Roy (from Prairreville, LA) & Tony (from Los Angelos)...

1st time in years you and Karen haven't had to traverse the country for Christms isn't it.
That is what I call QUALITY time, and nice to see things going well for you Dad.
