Select AIM from the tool bar then select My Account Settings then go to Buddy Icons then Open Icons Folder. I just dragged my picture into the AIM Buddy Icons folder but the icon cannot be more than 7k. I put a picture of my prowler but I had to resize it and I made the file size to 4k. I resized it in adobe photoshop if you want to e mail me a pic I can resize it for you. Oh yea and I have a mac so I dont know how much different it will be. good luck
