Laws and rules can vary wildly from state to state so I'd suggest looking for one in the state where you reside. Most major metro areas have a lwyer assitance hotline and they can help or point you in the right direction. Believe it or not, actually alot of lawyers are really good folks and if you call around (in your area) and ask to speak to one of the lawyers to ask them a question, more often then not, they will talk to you albeit briefly.
