I've never been one to savor in the contentious color debate ....but this is nothing but the facts.

Today, 15 Prowlers met on the West side of Denver to cruise into the mountains to see the Autumn colors. When we got to Estes Park, the Prowlers got stuck in bumper to bumper (turn off the motor and coast to the next light) traffic jam on main street.

There were literally hundreds of people on the boardwalks and sidewalks. Without exception (count it three times) the comments/shouts were "I like the Orange the Best!!".

Just tellin' it like I heard it...please don't shoot the messenger .

Maybe it IS a location thing... In the Hallettsville parade Saturday, I heard many compliment from the crowd on the color of my car. When we were at a stop in the square downtown, I had 7 people having someone take their picture as they stood next to my car individually. I also heard the same comments in the show afterward, and saw at least 4 having their pictures taken by it. Of course, I couldn't hear the comments on the other cars/colors, but I'm sure there were MANY. There were also the standard comments about kit cars, and saying that they thought Dodge made the Viper... I pointed to the car next to me and said, THAT'S a Viper... Even the announcer in the parade called us the Viper Owners Association.

Now that you mention it, we had no orange represented in the parade/show...

I was there in Estes Park and heard comments like, "where do you come from?" DA!! "Who makes them?" and we did have tons of people taking pictures, even the Harley guys gave us the thumbs up We had 1 Black (Chromer), 2 Silver, 3 Yellow, 2 Red, 2 Muholland Blue, & 4 Orange, so maybe that is why you heard them say they liked Orange the best, of course I do.
It was to bad Marc couldn't make it but we will get some pictures posted soon. It was really Great. We also heard form the Viper's club which went on a run to Cripple Creek with 21 cars and they want to join in next year, should be AWESOME
