That's a local firm advertising. It's sad but true. Latest cases around here show that one spouse (the higher earner) trying to settle with the other would have to give up between 75-80% of combined assets regardless of any other factors.

You best pick em good the first time

I didn't pick right the first time. I just did it right. There was nothing she could get her hands on. Wasn't entitled to any inheritance, meager as it was, the house was bought before she came into the picture and wasn't community property til the law changed a month after my divorce, and the money seems to have suddenly been "spent" before she could file. (It took me 6 months to get it all back in the bank after the divorce. I THINK I found all the holes I dug...) And BEST of all... the Prowler didn't come out til AFTER I was divorced!

idive ... what alot of guys use to mark their "Holes" out here are tree's or shrubs easy to explain and easy to find after
