It started rolling and I put my right foot in to hit the brake pedal and ran over my left foot. A human foot can certainly stop a rolling car quickly! The soreness in the knee has subsided, the blister on the heal is nasty and hurts and the swelling on the ankle is still there but gets better each day. I think I need Sandy R. to bring me another bag of ice! ------------------ *2000 Black with hand painted blue faded to purple flames*

Still sore and tender in a few places, but I hope to start jogging on it by the end of next week and add exercise along with the diet I started on Tuesday to lose a few pounds. (well actually a lot of pounds)
