Hi everyone,

We recently purchased a house in Lake Tahoe as an investment. Escrow closed two days ago, and we've held off telling any of you until it was finalized. It is available to be rented out on weekends and weekdays immediately. Please feel free to tell your friends. It's $50 a night on weekends, two night minimum.

Just to let you know in advance, it's not too great for Seniors or young children...some stairs to climb! It's easy to find and the view is absolutely amazing. You can almost see the entire lake! We've attached a photo for your convenience. Please let us know if you are interested.

We have a lot of parking, Pat just put new drapes up and hoping for the gang to show up. WE will be on the chat room tonight if any one wants to rent it for the week end, pay pal is okay.

You got it, but will have to verify if April of 2004 has two week ends since we don't have a 2004 calendar at the present . We will check and confirm your stay with us.

Dang, we were just there last week visiting our daughter and could have saved ALOT of money. Course it doesn't look like it has a hot tub but it does look about as far from the beach as the cabin we rented. Norm, maybe next year if our daughter is still living in Mammoth.

I'm so glad it has 'two' facilities too! Really looking forward to our trip there... so glad to be the first to book it!

I guess everyone should not go to the same end, at the same time. You have done a lot with the place, looking good.

Yes, it has a hottub, in fact it is huge. Here is a picture of all our friends that just spent the weekend at our place and they just came out of the hottub

I am glad to see that with all the adversity you were facing you were able to "rise above it all", literally.

I would go $60 per night if you install a slide and a pool .......did you really get a bank loan to purchase this, or just clean the change out of your couch

I was looking thru some Robb Reports (Magazine) I saw a place you could rent for a week for $6500 on lake Tahoe. It did have 6 bedrooms, Pool, Hot Tubs, All glass facing the lake. But yours has a lot better view!!!
