Ed, Are you running Internet Explorer or Netscape? Try clearing your cache. In Internet Explorer, click on tools at the very top of the page and then internet options. Now, click on dlete files, then click on delete all offline content, and then OK. I don't have a clue how to do it with Netscape, so if you have Netscape check the help file. Hope this helps! |

In Netscape go to Edit, Preferences, Advanced, Cache and click Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache. Click OK on both. Then click OK at the bottom. ------------------ |

Thanks for the help guys. I have Explorer and just did that yesterday when I had to reset my cookies. It might be my cable hook-up. I had trouble last week and called and they told me to unplug it and then re-plug it in. It took awhile but that helped so I might have a bad converter or box or whatever they call it. I just tried to do a Quick Restore and all I get is a blank screen. I clicked on "my computer" then right clicked it and got a blank screen. Houston, we have a problem. I got one of the virus emails yesterday that was not caught by Norton, but I did not open it. It sure looks like I have a virus, though. Update: I got to "quick restore" by clicking on "HELP" and after running it, then it told me "unable to initialize the virus scanning engine Database files". I had to uninstall Norton, disconnect from the net and re-install Norton and reconnect and I can see pictures again. I am presuming I had a virus. Norton did NOT block an email yesterday that I thought had a virus and I did not open it. This message has been edited by ed monahan on 06-29-2003 at 04:47 AM |

Ed and GaryC, I checked out a thread this morning with pics with no probelm. However, the scrapbooks i pull up have space for the pics but NO PICS. So I think I'm having close to the same issue. ------------------ |
