I won an auction on Ebay for some wine. Lucky I did not send any money to this person!!! Just beware!!! To those of you who are interested, I filed an IFCC complaint with the FBI and this is what I learned with regard to Mr. Kelly Ebert. Those of you who were defrauded by Kelly Ebert and wish to pursue damages, please read the correspondence attached below from Detective Brian Richmond, Ventura County Sheriff's Office for specifics, as he was arrested by the FBI on March 26th, 2003 for fraud, approximately 13.9 million. Ebert is in custody (jail) in California by the federal government/US attorney for fraud to the toon of 13.9 million dollars. I have a press release that can be faxed if you want. Send me your fax number. He was arrested on March 26 by FBI and has been in custody since his arrest. His family was not involved in any of his criminal activity. It appears he bought and sold things on e-bay as another way to defraud people. His attorney is Angel Navarro . The civil attorney handling the civil end of it is in New York and his name is Neil Getnick An article was in the Los Angeles times on June 5, 2003 about Ebert and his court case. A tentative sentencing date of August 11 is set. Contact LA times for a copy of the article. US probation at 312 North Spring street, Los Angeles 90012 regarding Ebert and case number CR03-333 would love to hear from anyone that has been of victim by Ebert. That includes you and all those that you may have been in contact with through the internet, I hope this helps you, good luck and call if you need anymore assistance. Brian Brian Richmond, Senior Deputy Ventura County Sheriff, East County Police Services, Detectives

Then a few people emailed me that they sent payment to this guy and never got the item. I do my home work on ebay. But this one slipped
