Went to see "The Italian Job " courtesy of the local MINI dealer. My daughter owns a Mini. About 25 cars , owners and family were there. Good movie, nice cars. BMW really knows how to treat their owners. About once a month, we get a "care package " with cool trinkets like MINI pens, stickers, diary, etc. I paid # times as much for my kat, and all I ever got from DC was a refusal to replace my pitted wheels. http://www.prowleronline.com/ubb/image_uploads/im000440.jpg This message has been edited by ken736cc on 05-29-2003 at 09:48 PM |

I think the Mini is a very cool little car. I always notice one as it goes by. That is just too cool that you get free stuff sent to you....I can only imagine what it is like.. |

The ever important after-sale service! Is there any other way to retain the customer? I totally agree Chrysler should take some points on theirs. You'd think that with Daimler merger things would improve.... |

I bought my wife a Dodge Intrepid this winter. Heard about an appreciation site on the web. Phoned Dodge and soon received a nice packet from them. Included a nice throw rug with the Dodge emblem. Also a discount card to be used at any of the NASCAR events. Really cool package. Sometimes it is a case of knowing where to look. So the D/C group does have some of these perks floating around. |
