Randy, I'll send one out tomorrow. If I remember that is. My days can get a little crazy at work sometimes. You can call my cell (914) 490-3212 to remind me if you like. Dave |

Dave - Thanks for the help. I owe you one. CT - Good suggestion on the Marriott. I called and was passed to several agencies and finally the Parks Commission agreed to send me one free of charge. Thanks all! ------------------ |

Purchase, N.Y. is located in Westchester county about 30 miles north of Manhattan and just south of Greenwich, Ct. We are the town next to White Plains, N.Y. which is also a pretty big city. Purchase is a very upscale town with no down town but with several exclusive country clubs including Century C.C., Old Oaks C.C, Brea Burn C.C., Blind Brook C.C. and the new extremely Purchase C.C. which it's membership is by invitation only for huge bucks. No, I don't belong to any of them. I am about the only blue collar guy in town, and definitely the only Prowler owner. Most guys are big Wall street executive types. I own a fairly successful landscape construction company in Mamaroneck, N.Y. a small boating town a couple of towns south east of purchase. Well now that I have told you more than you probably wanted to know, I'll sign off now. I would be interested to know what other POA members do or did for a living. I should start a new topic. See ya, Dave |

Dave--- Thanks for the info---You live in a extremely rich area. Very exclusive country clubs. Can you get me on some???I can behave and dress the part! I'm sure somebody else owns a Prowler, and a Rolls, and a Ferrari LOL! You can never tell us Prowler owners to much. Hope to see you at a Prowler event this summer. I'm only 30 minutes away. ------------------ |

Dave, If I still have the Prowler by the time we move up there, then they'll be two of us.... My wife works for PepsiCo. A few more promotions and we should be up in that area. We were relocated to TX from NC and only expected to be in TX for 10 years before we hit Purchase. Though we talked and would probably opt to live in CT. We'll see... t ------------------ 1999 Black w/NeoBlue Streetglow Gold Series |

Tom--Denise---I'm pretty sure the president or the man in charge of Pepsi lives in Newtown CT, where i live. Pepsi donates alot of things in town. I was just at the Youth Services auction and won 4 of Pepsi's NY Yankees Box seats (behind the dugout.) I'm a Builder-Developer and if you want to build a custom home in my 40 lot subdivison let me know. I have 16 Lots left, Home prices starting at $750000. Newtown has one of the best public school systems in the state, and the country. (If you have kids)Check with your relocation guys about advantages CT has over NY. Good luck ------------------ |

Hey Chuck and Tom, Wait a minute here. Homes, pools, and landscaping maybe we need to talk a little. Tom we G.C. entire landscape jobs all of the time including pools. What is the name of your company? I work with a few different landscape architects from Ct. We sub. to Shoreline, Wagner and Coastal. I do alot of work with Atlas fence too. Do you know them? Hey maybe the prowler boys need a little sit down here. Oh wait chuck's not Italian LOL. I also went to UCONN and have alot of connections in CT. I played football up there and Chuck says he bought season tickets as did I. We will have to get together for a game too. Take care, Dave |

Toms the Pool Guy---He does those High-End Gunite ones Natural settings with Stones-Boulders etc. Very nice I recommend him if someone asks. But starting at $75000. for a small one takes the right kind of buyer. Its almost the end of May and its still not pool weather here. We'll get together for those Uconn Football games. I just hope Miami makes the right decision! Its going to have a hugh effect on College Sports. ------------------ |

CT, that is the level, of work we do, plus some. You know the market here in my area. You are right if Miami leaves the Big East, Syracuse and Boston College will probably follow since the A.C.C. wants to add 3 schools to their conference. Who knows what will happenn to the big East then. Oh well $$$$ rules. Dave |

Mr. Ferraro, Thank you very much for sending me the New York City post cards. Not only are the cars nice, but Prowler people are too. What color is your Prowler? I know it is sweet because all Prowlers are. Logan T. Cobb ------------------ |

CT - No slight on Conn. The kids in my sons class drew out of a hat and he got New York. You know if anyone in their right mind had a choice they would pick North Carolina! Dave - THANKS SOOOO MUCH! Logan and Dianne (wifey/mom) were impressed that you would take the time to personalize and mail 2 postcards! ACC/Big East - I'm in the heart of ACC country. Headquarters here and commish and two asst. commishes live in my neighborhood. Mixed emotions here to some degree, but most are for the addition of Miami, 'Cuse and BC. Some sentiment that VA Tech should have been in the mix, but that doesn't hold water due to the VERY limited TV market and UVA was totally against it. I can see where the U Conn folks would be up in arms; if the 3 bolt only time will tell of what would happen to the Big East. I know I'm selfish but count me as one who hopes the 3 join. I'm afraid in these times to thrive the mega-conferences is the way to go, but unfortunately many fantastic schools will be severely harmed. ------------------ |

Hi Logan,Randy and Diane, You are very welcome. I have four children one of my boys, David Jr., is also in 5Th grade, so I know what those projects are like. Logan, My Prowler is a Mulholland edition almost all stock except for a real rod tranny cooler cover and a Mopar/Borla exhaust system I am also waiting for a set of chrome head rest covers from Gary. Randy, The Big East could end up in a big mess. I think that schools like Georgetown, Providence, Seton Hall and St. Johns hurt the conference because they don't have Division 1 football. I thought this might happen. Oh well back to the drawing board for UCONN if this happens. Hey, I will going down to N.C. next fall for the UCONN vs- Wake forest game. Are you near there? maybe would could hook up. Well you guys take care. It was nice to haer from you. |

Dave: You bet we ARE close to Wake Forest. Their arena, Joel Coliseum, is about 20 minutes from our house. Lets hook up when you come down! Thanks again! ------------------ |
