Dan, I can't believe you really did post this, and even try to blame me for this??? Besides those weren't my exact words. I am bummed though.. you had to be there I guess,, Dan's wife won't let him come out and play with me for sure now. Going to have to go to court on this one I'm sure,, I can't afford another...... Maybe put Dan in front of the judge with his innocent face? Dan, Isn't there some sort of prayer that says "Lead me not into temptation, and deliver me from evil"? You know whom, I think, this prayer was specifically trying to warn you about? I think I do. LOL, sorry I couldn't help myself. Be sure to come up to Folsom next Sunday. Phil will be braking in his new "blue" so we won't be driving fast. JD and Dan, tell the judge your most recent ticket is the result of poor quality instruction from the previous state driving school. Blame it on the system. Bet ya the system isn't even accredited. Tell the judge that the driving school gave out rewards (mini cars) to those who drove fast. See how long the instructor has been teaching driving school. If for only a short time then you got it made. Has the state cut back on the driving school budget? If the teacher did a better job of teaching and communicating then you would have learned better and wouldn't be before the judge. Sounds to me like the teacher just rushed you both thru the system. That is shamefull-tisk, tisk on the system. Ask for the court's pity and request that you head up the charge to revamp the state's driving school system for the benefit of all citizens-but mainly for the children of the State of California. Does that driving school teacher has a high rate of repeat offenders? If so that could imply the teacher is at fault. If one can make millions in a suit because the coffee is too hot then anything is possible. Basis of your argument: problem at the state, problem with the school, problem with the teacher. ------------------ |

It's Over !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went to court today, after our fill in lawyer, (ours was in trial somewhere), talked to the District Attorney, he aggreed to drop the reckless to a Disturbing the Peace, no points on driving record. A medium fine was imposed and that was it. I'm sure Dan will have something to say,, It's done and I'm glad,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Can't wait for Sunday, going to have Dan Peņa, and Bob Wyman with the Paxton Cat together on the same road. ------------------ |

I had been praying that GOD would grant us favor. I got a lawyer to bring down my 2 pointer to a 1 pointer and got no pointers. I have been thanking GOD for his GRACE and Favor all morning long. I'm a happy guy here ..... I still remain with a perfect driving record. Very COOL |
