The short version follows...As I look over the last few months, I see where many miracles have come to our family. I want to share a few with you, my Prowler family, that have become a part of my life. I have gotten to know many of you by just sitting in front of my computer reading your posts, and several others at Prowling events.
You greeted me in Dec 2004 just as I was getting my decked out 2001 silver. You grieved with me on June 28 2005 when my cherished Kat was killed by a truck as he sped through a red light and T-Boned me . But, at the same time, you also recognized that a miracle had taken place because I only had minor injuries in what could have been my last Prowl. I printed out all those posts you left for me and made a keepsake which I will always have. After all... It is only a car. Life is much more important, especially when it is your life.
Rejoyce time again only 34 days later when I drove my almost new Black Tie home from Denver to Dallas.(Do you remember how long you had to look to find the "right one")? Only 34 days and an E-bay auction win with 6 seconds left could at least be classified as "one of those little blessings"
Our business is being blessed with almost more work than we can get done. And again, I am thankful for this miracle.
Friday night at 9 minuets until 9, another miracle entered into our family. My daughter, Andrea, gave birth to our 2nd Grandson, Logan Drake Blankenship.. My Son-in-law, Marvin, tries to take some of the credit, but we all know who does the hard part. Both of my parents were there at the hospital with us, and my mom, who will be 81 this year told me that this was one of the most precious times of her whole life. Imagine... One of the most precious times in 81 years, and I was there to see how happy she is for all of us. I am blessed to still have both of my parents living near to us and well enough to share special times.
Are these miracles.. Blessings... or just part of living..
OK, now for some pictures.
