You would be amazed at the stats of how often something like this happens, particularly in bird hunting.

Almost the exact thing happened to a friend of mine in Virginia this past October.

My friend was the one shot. He is an oil distributor who was shot by a Democrat lawyer. We have had a lot of fun at his expense!

On the news a while ago. Now the lawyer has had a heart attack. I think he is back in intensive care. This may not be over yet.

Can't wait until you liberals vote Hillary Witch into office ... then we'll see just who you would rather have Dick Channey shooting at!

Channey had better stick to paintball, right Jesse? LOL

If the man dies from the wounds can't the Vice President could be charged with involuntary manslaughter? If this is possible then if convicted he would have to resign and could possibly go to jail.

Is this true? Any lawyers care to comment.

ECurtis, the laws are diff. in every state. It could be negligent homicide, manslaughter, etc. It would be bad news for him, whatever the name of the local law. He could be charged and should be charged if the guy dies from the wounds or complications due to the injury.

Guys,,,,this was either an ACCIDENT or he was trying to help curb the spread of the Bird Flu.

Nobody is going to be charged with negligent homicide or manslaughter.

Fat Michael Moore's website: Claim is made that the lawyer is already dead,,,and it's now a full scale cover-up,,,, what a joke!

This guy makes Dan Quail look like a genius. Obviously needs to refresh himself on firearm safety. Oh and maybe a hunting licence.... Shoots the guy in the face...... What an example.....could care less about any rules or laws....he's far to important for that $hit.
This is far scarier than any TV show...what's next?????

I guess folks up North don't hunt because you'd know this type of accident happens alot. Birds take off, change direction quickly and you fire not realizing someone in your party moved to that side to get a better shot too.
When pretending to hunt, kerry had no license and had an agent carry the game out (a big no-no), didn't tag it (another big no-no) and couldn't figure out how to carry his rifle.....
