WildCat (Larry Mayes) and his wife Sue were at the show early setting up their beautiful 67 Dart GT.....if you have seen the car in person, you know what a beautiful piece of work the car is....

after having pan fried chicken and biscuits and gravy for breakfast, Mr Ed and I took a few hours off from our hectic Friday schedules to attend the show this morning....

ps....Larry, that 64 Chevy is tough competiton

Larry's Dart is definitely a beauty. We saw it at Woodward last year.

Thanks for the compliments....the 64 is no competition for me....he BLOWS ME AWAY........trailer queen, owned by a retired car guy with other show cars......but he keeps coming over talking to me and acting like he is worried I might beat him..........the other car in the class is a black cherry `63 Impala that is very nice, but is not as detailed as mine.

I'm there for fun, the 63 also looks like for fun...the red 64 is for WINNING

I didn't look around too much today but there are some very nice HIGH DOLLAR cars there. The riddler award winner that Chip Foose designed is there and I believe it is called Impressions and let me tell you it leaves a definate impression that this is one COOL CAR.

Larry's pictures make my car look green, here is my picture from last night, let's see if it looks white.

one day down 2 days to go

the other thing the guy in the 64 Impala said he was going to do is copy the PVC rain gutter I used for a border. He likes how it makes a finished look for the carpet.

I will post picture of the other cars in the class tomorrow and let you guys vote on your favorite in the class
