Both Groundhog Day and the State of the Union Address  fall in the same week.

It is an ironic  juxtaposition. One  involves a meaningless ritual,
surrounded by great fanfare in which we look to a creature of little
intelligence and with a poor record of forecasting accuracy to tell us
   what  the future holds.

    The other involves a groundhog.

Good One! You can't get thrown out of Punxsutawney for wearing a T-shirt either.
