Unfortunately, both the Camaro and the Challenger were on turntables that you were not allowed to get up on to get closer. The Camaro never had the doors open, so I could not get any interior pictures like I was able to with the Challenger.

The front end design should be declared a disaster area. It sucks! This car looks best front the side, as I blow by in my new Challenger. JMO

Appreciate the photos CJ.

I have to say that I didn't care for the car. The rear end of the car was very similar to the rear of the Corvette...which I, personally, have never cared for. I wasn't impressed with this car.

Looks like a mustang from the side!!! I think GM has completely lost touch with what the public wants to buy.

At this rate, I think I'm going to have to live in a box (LOL) or move back in with my folks! Both the Camero and Challeger are great looking cars!

Side or rear quarter view looks great. Rest looks piecemeal in my opinion. Front end looks like caddy wannabe.

Here is an interior pic. It rocks. very much like a 67-69 interior. Gen 1 Camaro fans will love this car. I hope it comes with a 396 and a 4-speed.

I never have been very fond of the sharp lines and angular look GM is designing into several of their vehicles.

In my humble opinion - they look like some sort of cartoonish, techno, science fiction junk to me. I think it all started with the Aztech. I'll bet their "hip" stylists are all of about 13 years old.

GM has done some really nice designs and produces some great looking cars, I just don't like the look of this particular style.

Chrysler's products have lines that are smoother, more artistic and look great!

It's got a goofy grin on it's face like the Corvette!

I'm a 60's Camaro fan hoping for a new retro that pulls my heart strings. This doesn't do it at all.

The Challenger is hands down going to out sell the Camaro if this is what GM puts out.

Side OK, Front to angular / futuristic, rear tail lights terrible.

The only thing I like about the car is the roof line. I don't care for the back or the front. The Challenger looks a lot better to me.

WAY BETTER THAN THE GTO !!!

...I was never really a fan of the early Camaro, I don't like the smiling grill, or the scoop opening on the front of the hood....other than those little nitpicky things it is okay....but our family is buying HEMI Challengers

As I posted to the other thread, I guess I'm in the minority because I like it. The original green concept is better IMO.

It all comes down to personal taste and I guess GM is running with the edgy box style as is the Caddys and particularly the Escalade. Escalade appears to be a success. Early shots of the updated styling of the Tahoe/Yukon (scheduled to be in showrooms in March) show this edge/box styling.

Each to his or her own?? The Challenger is a bit "too clean" (void of style?) for me? Don't get me wrong, I very much like both the Challenger and the Camero and kudos to the car companies. But..judging from these photos..I like the Camero better. JMO

Here is a video, that no one should see.
It is from the GM design studio.
How many new Mustang you can see ???
OK, I see one white Stang in the background.

I just now watched a segment on Discovery channel's Daily Planet that was on the new Camero Concept.... showed the making of the concept Camero.
It took 10 months to build and cost $15,000,000 .....

and yes.. there was a white 2005 Mustang in their shop...

you think they would have thought of hiding it... not the sharpest tools in the shed...

I know I am naive, and I did own 2 Camaros in my time, and I would consider buying one if they make it, but isn't spending 15 mil on this concept a bit much considering the state of GM as a whole. Can that figure be correct, 15 mil in 10 months? If that's what it takes to do a concept ,then that's what it is. Just seems like a huge amount. That goes alomg way in workers salaries, or maybe not.

your right Tom...

15 million seens like alot but that is what was quoted...I guess thats the price tag to build an entire car from scratch....
I wonder if that price included the Stang...?
