Smoked a lot for that price. Pall Mall, lucky strikes no filters here. Up to pack day or more, well long story short, enough is enough so i just quit. Cold turkey. Give it a try, about three days and you might have it licked. Slowing down is great but cold turkey is better. Hey, when you want a smoke get on the chat room and talk to some body instead. He is 78 and has been smoking two packs a day for over 60 years. He could not take some of the chemo since his blood counts were too low. Quitting NOW could add years to your life and avoid a painful death. Off the soap box now. Good luck kicking the habit. I know it is difficult but people stop smoking every day.
