I developed an overhead valve head for the Ford flathead that was named after me. I later worked for the Chevrolet Division of GM. Who am I? (full name please)and while we are at it....name the overhead valve head for the Flathead Ford (for 5 extra points)

Actually it was spelled "Ardun" Arkus and Duntov combined. He was also largely responsible for the '53 Corvette and the Chevalay Small Block V8.
