A Christmas Story

'Twas the night before Christmas--Old Santa was pisxed.
He cussed out the elves and threw down his list.
Miserable little brats, ungrateful little jerks.
I have a good mind to scrap the whole works!

I've busted my butt for damn near a year,
Instead of "Thanks Santa"--what do I hear?
The old lady bitches cause I work late at night.
The elves want more money--The reindeer all fight.

Rudolph got drunk and goosed all the maids.
Donner is pregnant and Vixen has AIDS.
And just when I thought that things would get better
Those buttholes from the IRS sent me a letter,
They say I owe taxes--if that ain't damn funny
Who the hell ever sent Santa Claus any money?

And the kids these days--they all are the pits
They want the impossible--Those mean little sh!ts
I spent a whole year making wagons and sleds
Assembling dolls...Their arms, legs and heads
I made a ton of yo yo's--No request for them,
They want computers and robots...they think - I'm IBM!

Flying through the air...dodging the trees
Falling down chimneys and skinning my knees
I'm quitting this job there's just no enjoyment
I'll sit on my fat butt and draw unemployment.

There's no Christmas this year now you know the reason,
I found me a blonde. I'm going SOUTH for the season

One of our better local FM music radio station started continuos Christmas music 'all day',,,,,on November 18th!

Must be nice to work for that station and get six weeks vacation time off for the holidays,,,,but I agree, Christmas before Thanksgiving is just way too early!

It's the end of the world,,,,I tell ya,,,the end of the world...........

Ty-K - isn't that just deplorable of those radio stations,,,,and now cNote is selling Christmas yard decorations in the CLASSIFIED forum here.

Me,, personally,,,,I can't wait for the Easter candy to go on display the day after Christmas. I know you will be looking forward to participating in the Martin Luther King Day Parade, in Montgomery, in January. Some people,,,,get all those extra holidays off,,with pay.

Ed - my old neighbor did leave his up all year long, lol. I use to mention to him that it made the neighborhood look like trailer trash,,,,,,,but he responded that I had already took care of that vision.

I got the last laugh when they foreclosed on his house after he made payments on it for 14 years. New neighbor is terrific,,,,,takes the lights down after January 1st
