An old one. "Baby on Board" stick on signs on mini-vans. Nascar car #s on pickup trucks. Especially #8 on red Chevy trucks. Blue hair in a white Caddy! |

I hope window and bumper stickers count. I had a small window sticker on the drivers side butterfly window, of my customized 61 Ford Van, in the late 70's that read: "If this vans a rockin don't bother knockin"
