samthejeepman Prowler Junkie Posts: 1369 From: manahawkin, nj, ocean Registered: APR 2002	posted 11-02-2005 06:56 PM additional input on the roadster while my gt was being made, i heard and found pictures of the roadster i called my friend and contact at the ford wixom gt assembly plant and inquired about the roadster he told me that it would not be made for sale. he also said at that time, that instead of he original 4000 gt's planned, it would be close to 3000 made, because of the new us side air bag rules coming out in 07, and that ford has lost money on each of the gt's already produced. sam #1451 2005 red/white This message has been edited by samthejeepman on 11-02-2005 at 07:00 PM

Awesome car. My friend Mark bought a pristine 1992. Only problem,,,,speakers and door amp.

And those stereo issues are notorious after the car ages. They used the same equipment from 91 up to 05. So I have that to look forward too ... unless I sell it before that!
