Back in 1959, we had a neighbor whose two dogs would always dump in our yard. My buddies and I scooped up the dog logs, placed in a sack, and on Halloween night put the sack on the neighbor's door step, sprayed charcoal lighter fluid on the sack, started it on fire, rang the door bell several times,,,,,,,and ran like hell to hide and watch. It was great!!! One time only, but it was fun to see the payback.
