Homecoming Queen candidates were everywhere... putting on the last of our high tech signs...

I had a young girl ask my buddy Frank if he was with the Class of 1943....poor Frank...always somebody pickin' on him... we even had a few cowgirls.... old friend and neighbor brought his 28 Ford truck....he drives this thing daily, everywhere.... I think it's pretty amazing that you still have "buddies" after all of these years!!! When you said some "really old people" made it the parade, I was expecting to see your picture.

Alley Cat Salzman(on the right) and his buddy Ratso rode the bus for several days and nights all the way from Mesa, Arizona just to observe the New Castle Homecoming event....
