Racing action continues....
Thanks to my wife Julie for the great photos...my guess is without the pictures as proof A/C would still try to claim that I "bumped" him...there is absolutely NO PROOF to his claims as you can see in the pics...it was a clean race all the way...at least that's how I recall it

...Alley Cat, being too sore from an unfortunate racing incident Saturday, sent me this picture to post....his cart was hit several times by the eventual race winner resulting in an accident that put him out of the race....he knows he would have won if he hadn't been pushed into the wall by Prowlrman....

Thanks Tangled,,,,that is exactly what happened out there on the circuit. You can see in pic #1, that Prowlrman 'bumped' Lethia exiting turn #3,,,causing her to drift outside. She had the line for the upcoming apexes heading into turn #4 and #5 ahead, but was "drift" hit from behind. I'm sure if the track officials would have seen the 'rough driving' going on out there,,,,there would have been a different Champion that day   I will be posting a picture later tonight of my pant legs from my jeans,,,,you'll see the holes from Prowlrman's tires. I'm thinking of buying new jeans today and sending the bill to VW, lol. I'll forego any other challenge I have for mental pain and suffering. Due to Curt Stall not getting the official protest submitted within the required five minute time restriction,,,,,,,the race and the win for Prowlrman stands. We'll accept it, and will have to live with it for another year [I'm sure we'll all hear the story many times to come also |

F.Y.I. Company policy #16-487, section 7, paragraph 22 clearly states that JEANS are NOT acceptable attire at functions involving VW employees or their associates. Consequently, if you choose to wear jeans in place of proper business attire, you are personally responsible for any and all damage to the subject clothing during any event. The company cannot be held liable for any actions on the part of it's employees or affiliates which results in damage to personal clothing defined as NOT ACCEPTABLE under this policy. |

Here is the proof,,,,these were fine jeans before the race!! Unfortunately, Lethia washed them on monday, thus removing the tire donut marks and oil streaks,,,,,although the holes caused by prowlrman's front tires is clearly shown. He struck from both sides,,,entering where no racer following the rules would go

Not so Tangled,,,,,,,those holes are from the tires of Prowlrman's racer crashing into and over the frame of my go-kart. I felt like Alex Zanardi out there with Jim's kart intruding into my space  I'm lucky to have all three legs intact, lol.After a long recovery,,,,I'll be back to race again!!!

Now wait a minute....you told us on Saturday you paid $5,000 on an E-bay Country music auction for those jeans..and they were original "Alan Jackson" jeans worn every night on his last tour. You also said Lethia had to hem 3 feet off of the length...something about Alan being "too damn tall" |

A/C LOL This past weekend was really fun!! Still talking about it to people at work..great group of people to spend some good time...and laughs with!!! I was going to suggest you cut those jeans into shorts, but somehow I can't picture you in "Daisy Duke" cut offs |
