prowlrman Prowler Junkie Posts: 1724 From: Phoenix, AZ USA Registered: FEB 2003	posted 09-13-2005 12:25 AM As mentioned in Alley Cat's post about the AZ Devil's Highway 2005 cruise over the past weekend, we also went go-cart racing. As I understand it, this is a yearly event during the Devil's Highway Cruise, but since it was the first time Julie and I made the cruise event, I guess you can say it was my "rookie" race with the group. So here's a few photos detailing the racing action, as they say a picture is worth a 1,000 words.... Start of Race: Lethia..Larry..then Curt came out of the chute .... Here I come a distant 4th ....... At the end of 1st lap..Lethia, Larry , Curt , then me 3 way battle for 2nd place...Larry , Curt and me to be continued in next posting..... I was clearly in front, driving clean, and hitting the apexes perfectly,,,,,,,when, as you can clearly see, Prowlrman pushes Curt out of the way on his assault to 'win at all cost' approach, lol. By design,,,the actual pass of me by Prowlrman isn't shown in any pictures,,,,,,just the aftermath of my kart, my back, and my legs taking extreme hits from the sides
