What chassis is this thing built on?

Any one seen one up close?

Is it supposed to be like an SSR Suburban?

You either like or you don't. It loks like the offspring of an SSR and a PT Cruiser. You need to judge for yourself. It's larger than a PT but I don't think it's as big as Trailblazer.

I've seen four of them,,,,,I'm thinking it will go down with the Geo Metro as another GM mistake.

AC,
Be careful my wife loves her 92 Geo Metro convertible!
It has 82,000 miles and is in perfect condition. I tried to get her to trade it for a PT or a Mustang and the answer was NO!

Dale - even a blind squirrel finds a nut. I'm sure one out of every 1,000 Geo Metro made was a good car. I'm talking about the other 999. Tell the bride she would look fabulous in a new 'Stang convert
Wash and wax the Geo,,,,,take to Domino's Pizza to retail. If their still running,,they make great pizza delivery vehicles.

A story in the latest "Autoweek" magazine says it shares the chassis with the Cobalt.

Vehicle is built on the same platform as the Cobolt / Ion. (unibody construction..no frame) Four cylinder FWD Ecotec is standard. Good fuel economy, with some actual interior flexibility and storage space. Price for a nicely equipped HHR is below 20K. Say what you will about the style, everyone is a critic.
