Dan,

Is that dyno with or without the "power" button pressed? 100 extra ponies at the touch of a button ... I love it.

Test drove the previous version before I bought my Kat back in 02. Almost bought one, but I got the Kat instead. Had an order form for one of these late last year ... but I didn't care for the 545 after the test drive. I know they will be very different cars, but went elsewhere. Now if they make a ragtop M6 ... things may change ...

We had a 2005 M5 in the family. ( sold/trade in a month ago)
Dont expect to much from this Limo. Org. its limmited to 250Km to speed. Its a heavy car. A mild modified Prowler will catch it on the quartermile. We dont liked the crying high rmp M5 V10 engine. In a real, light sportscar it would be more fun.

Hey whealy,

The article stated it was with the button pushed.

I would love such a button on my Prowler. I think the 5.0 will be such a button.

Later...

Oh yea, the power button. But thats nothing special. Same german specs cars do have that. Even my little all aluminum Audi has a button that gos from basic 65% daily driving horsepower to 100% HP
About Power, you may read in some US Mag last month, the new D.C - Mercedes Vision-CLR has 850 HP V8 ( yes 850HP Limo, chopped tp 4 door and landauette roof).
It will be placed between Mercedes S Class and Maybach.
