Why is anyone surprised? They do the same thing to their own back at home on a daily basis. The peaceful people of the world need to say ENOUGH! These bad actors need to be run to ground and dealt with. Someone is financing these attacks. They must be identified and dealt with. Until they feel the pain of their actions, we will continue to see these cowardly attacks. People need to be vigilant and aware of their surroundings. Whether at home or away, we have to report suspicious people and strange objects. Things a simple as a package or briefcase unattended should raise a warning from now on. Anyone observed walking away from any object need to be reported.

Do these dumbasses even realize that the only thing this action will do is UNITE the world in defense of them? People were clammering to get out of middle east and stuff, now let's see what happens - I bet it makes the world want to stay longer and clean it up. I think this will only show resolve for the peoples of the world (Minus France - them bastards) to unite against these terrorists.

The various countries responses will clearly identify who our friends are. I can't do much as an individual but can assure you that until some countries change their position on terrorism, I for one will not knowingly purchase products from their country or from companies based there.Yes, it hurts some innocent people, but only they can get their government to change its position. Our son is in the service and doing his part to support our freedom. Don't we need to stand up and do ours? We just cerebrated Independence Day three days ago. Freedom carries some responsibility. We each need to do our part rather than sit back and wring our hands.

If we would get off our asses and switch to an alternative fuel source....the filthy rich oil producing countries that finance terrorism would go back to living in tents overnight, Oil sucks....we need to wake up. Our own dollars are actually financing terrorism....duh..

same thing that would happen here if we had it in the states. I am glad its not here in Houston or New York. for that reason. Now a days, being at the wrong place at the wrong time, disater, i am not paranoid, but you have to look out for the Village idiots/Terrorists among the midst. Our society is full of unneeded tyrants, that terrorize their own people, as well as others around the world. Unfortunately, our children will be growing up too fast and have to deal with that fear....when we were growing up, you could just be a kid. a sad state of affairs.

Honestly - the OIL is a huge problem, and those that claim these people will go back to living in tents without it are correct. I know there are some people on here "in the know" with the all powerful auto industry here. What gives? Why doesn't this government and others put REAL money - like a $10 billion grant towards alternative energy sources. Hydrogen seems like the obvious choice, but there are choices besides Oil.

I know this is an over-simplification, but: It takes about $10.00 worth of gas to produce $5.00 worth of hydrogen at this stage of the game. It looks like a long time before hydrogen will be that feasable as a fuel for the masses. Better ways to produce the hydrogen need to be found. We produce a lot of ethynol here in our county. It takes a huge amount of natural gas the produce the ethynol. They have an 8 inch pipeline direct into the plant to produce railroad cars full. Plus we burn a lot of diesel to get the grain from the fields to the plant. It is helping some of the local farmers get an extra premium for their corn for now. But we do need to start somewhere. Mankind will use up all the oil one of these days. We all know that it is not an in-exhaustable source. Who knows when?

We give that radical moslems to much space in our sociaty. Where ever you look in Europe, you see more and more moslem churches. They pray a total differnt belief that fit not in our livestyle. We still love to cruise in our American Hot Rods, Mucle Cars, Classics and Prowlers here in and around mayor Citys in Europe. Some years ago lots of us had stickers , like German/American flag or simuar on our cars. Thats gone for a while now, because on so many dummheads ,fanatic-religionĀ“s and other anti americanĀ“s running around and we dont whant to get there target. ( Prowlers are not bullet proof, you know...) Anyway , I and some members of our car clb still drive to the British HotRodSuperNats in 20 Days. We know that we have to go now to more security checks on the ferry and to more border controle, but thats no problem to us, because its for anybodys saefty. ( It make the trip only some hours longer) I will post infos and pics from this trip in august. Greetings, Matthias

My parents were due to arrive in London around 7am. The bombings started happening around 8:30am. We still haven't heard anything from them and no luck getting thru to the hotel where they are supposed to be staying...just a fast busy signal. We finally got ahold of the US Consulate and got on their list for the task force. I think no news from the Consulate is probably good news as they likely only have a list of casualties. If any POA members from England happen to see this and might be able try the hotel from a local number I sure would appreciate it. I know we have one or two registered here. Please keep my folks in you thoughts until we hear something. Thanks!

Hi, UK Prowler hereJust a short note to advise, but I am sure that you know by now, that the bombings caused total chaos during the morning rush hour & throughout the day. The transportation service was at a complete standstill until early evening. Today, things are more or less back to normal & those bastards will NOT terrorise this proud nation ... 'nuff said! I hope your parents are well & that this minor disruption won't affect their stay & enjoyment. Weather forecast is good .. by our standards ... Regards Mike

Thanks for the help m_ross! Nice of you to help Zack.Condor, you couldn't have said it better.. "We give that radical moslems to much space in our sociaty." We need to maintain our freedom while treating people equally. Extreme radicals are given way too much space in our society. That infringes on other peoples' freedoms. Additionally, it places us all at risk. Whether it's the eco-terrorist in California torching SUV's or the religious terrorist blowing up himself and anyone unfortunate enough to be nearby, it's time to put a stop to this madness. Having an opinion and expressing it is one thing, acting it out entirely another. We must act swiftly and decisively to punish those associated with these kind of acts on society in general. You don't see a lot of crime in Muslim countries. Why? They have punishments fitting the crime and identify the criminals for all to see.
