Question: What do Michael Jackson and JC Penny's have in common? Answer: They both have little boys pants half off! My opinion: Yes he is guilty, but just like OJ he will never spend a day in prison-where he belongs! Just another Hollywood Freak! I wish one of those damn elephants he has on that goofy ranch, would step on him! |

Guilty as can be,and I agree he will probable spend no time. His past history has too much smoke to have no fire. This is so much like the OJ deal. |

I would like to see him found guilty but he will never serve a day in jail. Don't know if you have heard about his new book It's called "The In's and Outs of Child Rearing". |

My Guess, Guilty as hell..... Too much about too many to be ignored. Too many people have reported the same type of behavior. You may not know this but Alley Cat "adopted" (dated) his pet Chimp and stories that the Chimp told....... Will serve time.... The public will not stand still for anything less. He has appeared too arrogant to the jury, the judge and the public. As an example, he dances on the roof of a car on Monday and is in the hospital for a bad back on Wednesday? He shows up late for court and uses a lame excuse about not understanding he needs to be there. Lastly, he wears his PJ's to court...... If he wanted to be taken seriously then he should have cut his hair, taken off his makeup and wore a business suit and then maybe people would take him seriously. 1,1 and his current antics are just a ploy to make him look disabled. If aquitted you won't see him at the hospital anymore. |

WOW...I guess I REALLY am in the minority!! (I smoke too) I don't think he is guilty....weird...YES, but not guilty. Victim of a money hungry society. Hell, Elvis Presley was weird as hell and moved a 15 year old in with him!! |

Fat Pat, the difference with Elvis and Michael is that Elvis had a GIRLfriend and 15 is a little too old for Michael. He likes them pre-puberty. Arrested development. |

I wasn't trying to "compare" Elvis with MJ...I was just trying to make a point...lets don't convict him just because he is weird....all zillionaires are weird...Howard Hughes is a prime example! |

Guess I forgot to answer my own questions, lol. A. My gut feeling is he is guilty,,,,based on two previous multi-million $$$ payoffs. B. Based on the California O.J. and Blake trials, I see the jury pool as too diverse to make a decision. Hung jury or acquittal. |
