Does anyone know if any of our Prowler (Chrysler) dealers that we use for parts, etc., are also Chevy dealers too? I need an extended warranty for a GM product and would like to pay $100 over cost like I did for the Prowler (of course)! Get back to me if you do or where I may go to get one at a reduced cost.

I bought my 99 in Fowler, IN and they were a GM, D-C and maybe a Ford dealer. That was 6 years ago. I presume they are still there. I have to think of the name of it. It is Mc_____ and not McDonald's.
McQueary or something like that.
I will attempt to find out the name and number.

A good friend of mine works at his family's dealership here in North Texas. They sell Chrysler and Chevrolet and I'm sure he'd work a great deal on a GM warranty. Call Craig Helm at 888-828-HELM. Tell him I sent you!

In Eldon Missouri they have a five-star DC dealership and a Chevy, Pontiac, Buick and GMC dealership owned by the same guy. The Chevy store is 1-800-437-3658. The DC number is 1-800-299-3715. They are across the street from each other. Cost nothing to try. Jim

Walleygator,

You can buy a chrysler service contract for your gm product directly through your local chrysler dealer. If you have a local chrysler dealership that does work on your other vehicles, they should be happy to offer you one. If there is ever a problem that the chrysler dealer can not fix, then they are permitted to sublet the work to the gm store.

Just another option.

I will send you e-mail about this, as I probably won't be monitoring this thread.
The below person is a supporting dealer on corvettforum.com and offers the GMPP at cost (I'm pretty sure that's correct). It does not have to be on a Corvette, as I got a quote on a 2004 2500HD from him. I don't think you have to be a member on the corvetteforum. Just call him, or e-mail him, tell him you heard about him on the Corvette Forum, and requesting price on said vehicle. He will give you the price on the different plans.
